To reinforce the CCSD department of our Operating Company Nestlé Suisse SA we are currently looking for a Category Development Intern, ATC Dry Food. In this role, you will run analyses, support Key Account Management for the end year discussion, and develop POP/POS material, sales folders for the relevant channels.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate activities between CCSD Business Units and Key Account Managers
- Adapt CCSD BU (Culinary, Chocolate, Beverages) activities to ATC channels and support KAM in customer requests for promotions to develop format
- Organize and lead cross-functional meetings with KAM ATC

Develops POP/POS material
- Develop POP/POS material per promotion and integrate KAM input regarding customer specific POP/POS issues

Support ATC Key Account Management
- Track and measure distributions targets
- Create customer specific analyses
- Layout recommendation

Manage Field Sales Force planning and implementation
- Develop presentations and other tools
- Be in charge for sales folder production and insure feedback process with KAM and Field Sales to improve material

Education and experience

- Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing / Sales / Management / Economics or HEG Degree
- Strong interest for sales and marketing
- Good command of Pack Office (strong excel skills) and SAP
- Good analytic skills
- Independent functioning
- Fluent in German and French, good knowledge in English
